We long for the day when we can simply use the term 'founder' when we refer to female entrepreneurs, but the imbalance that exists in this sphere means that we need a real focus on increasing the existence and success of female founders. How do we do that? Well, there are a range of specific grants, programmes, and initiatives aimed at reducing just this divide.
